Graeme Base

Geboren am 6. April 1958 in Amersham, England.

Als Graeme Base acht Jahre alt war, wanderten seine Eltern mit ihm nach Australien aus, wo er seitdem lebt. Nach dem Abschluss seines Kunststudiums an der Swinburne University of Technology arbeitete er zwei Jahre in der Werbung und begann anschließend mit der Illustration von Kinderbüchern.
